5 Foods That Can Make You More Feminine (Male to Female Transformation Tips)
Mar 17th, 2017 by

Clothes, hair, and makeup aren’t the only ways to enhance your femininity. The foods you eat can also have an impact!

Did you know that over 300 common foods contain plant estrogens known as phytoestrogens?

These foods and herbs have been used for natural hormone balancing for centuries. And since phytoestrogens mimic the effects of estrogen, they can even lead to breast enlargement.

While phytoestrogens aren’t a substitute for transgender hormone replacement therapy, these foods can help give you a feminine boost.

As an added bonus, they’re also super healthy and can help maintain an ideal weight. (Very important to your overall feminine appearance!)

Here are 5 fab femme foods worth including in your diet:

Flaxseed

Flaxseed are very high in phytoestrogens and are a great source of healthy fats. They’re also tasty! Try sprinkling ground flaxseed on cereal, yogurt, fruit, and salads.

Note: You must use ground flaxseed (instead of whole flaxseed) in order to digest them and get the full phytoestrogenic effect.

Soy

Soy is the most popular high-phytoestrogen food. There are tons of soy foods available, so it’s easy to work them into your diet. Try: tofu, soy beans, soy milk, soy yogurt, soy powder, soy burgers, etc.

Fruits and veggies

Many common fruits and vegetables contain phytoestrogens, giving you another reason to eat your fruits and veggies.

  • High-phytoestrogen fruits include: dried prunes, peaches, raspberries and strawberries.
  • High-phytoestrogen veggies include: alfalfa sprouts, Winter squash, green beans, collard greens, broccoli and cabbage.

Lentils

Lentils (and beans in general) are rich in phytoestrogens. They’re also low cal and high in protein and fiber, making them a great diet staple.

Yams

Yams are another healthy, phytoestrogen-rich food. In fact, a particular type of yam (wild yam) is one of the most commonly-used herbs for female hormone balancing.

Bonus: Bustea

While not technically a food, many teas are also high in phytoestrogens. Check out your local health food store for fenugreek tea, fennel tea, or licorice tea.

Or if you’re feeling ambitious, try making Bustea. This recipe was originally shared by Dr. James A. Duke in his classic book, The Green Pharmacy. The tea is concocted of various “bust boosting” herbs, hence the name!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup fenugreek
  • Dash each of anise, basil, caraway, fennel, marjoram, licorice, lemongrass, dill

Directions:

Combine the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil. After it cools, add honey and lemon to taste. Dr. Duke recommends drinking 1-2 cups per day.

Note: Since Bustea is very high in phytoestrogens, I don’t recommend over-consuming it if you take prescription hormones. (Always speak with your doctor before combining herbs and hormones or other prescription meds.)

Lucille

How to Walk Like a Woman (MTF Transgender / Crossdressing Tips)
Mar 8th, 2017 by

Your walk is a critical aspect of your feminine image. Unfortunately, it’s easy to go from one extreme (a masculine walk) to the other (over-exaggerated hip swinging).

How can you find a happy medium as you master your feminine movements? Read on for 3 simple tips to help you achieve a natural, womanly walk.

1. Try the Hip Matrix

A big difference between men and women is that women tend to have more fluid body movements.

That means you can sway your hips all you want – but until you learn how to “loosen up,” your feminine walk will always look stiff and unnatural.

The Hip Matrix can help with this. Created by movement specialist Rob Brinded, the Hip Matrix exercise is designed to release tension and free up your body movements so you can achieve a flowing, feminine walk.

Watch the video above and then try it for yourself. If you compare your walk before and after, I promise you’ll be amazed by the difference! (Learn more about Rob’s approach to feminine movement in my Stepping Out Secrets Program.)

2. Practice in high heels

Women have a lower center of gravity than men due to their wider hips. This creates that sexy hip sway that’s characteristic of a feminine walk.

Forcing your hips to sway usually looks unnatural. Instead, practice walking in high heels. High heels change your center of gravity and exaggerate the forward curve of your spine. This helps release the hips, which naturally feminizes your movements.

You can enhance this effect by trying to keep your shoulders still as you walk. This forces you to use your hips for balance.

Once you’ve mastered hip walking in heels, practice the same movements in flat shoes.

3. Shorten your stride

Shortening your stride is another easy and effective way to feminize your walk.

The average woman’s step length (the distance from the toe of one foot to the toe of the opposite foot) is 26”. So if you want to be scientific about it, get out a ruler and measure your steps! Your natural stride is probably longer, so work on taking shorter steps.

Note: The higher your heels are, the shorter your steps should be.

Conclusion

There are other subtle elements that define a feminine walk, but these tips are a great place to start. Give them a try and let me know what you think!

I’d also love to hear about any other movement tips or techniques you’ve found helpful. Please share in the comments below.

Lucille
